今早收到一個突如其來的喜訊！我玩雙圈的相片嬴了EyeEm “Two are better than one” 的比賽，多謝 Dino 為我拍這輯美麗的相片和挑選在鯉魚門取景。這也是我最喜歡的其中一張相片，所以揀選放在我網頁的封面。

十一月觀塘海濱花園 Hoop Dance 體驗活動
Hoop Dance 是一種自由流動的體藝活動，讓呼啦圈舞動迴旋在身體四周不但樂趣無限，更帶來美妙的視覺效果。
Grace 將會帶同她自家的手做呼拉圈，聚會中歡迎嘗試以身體各部位把呼拉圈旋轉和一起練習。
歡迎所有 Hoopers 以及有興趣新體驗Hoop Dance 的新朋友， 一眾Flow Friends 請帶同你的 Flow Toy 齊齊分享。

Hoop Dance is a new form of free movement with hoop manipulation. Spinning and dancing with the hoop creates infinity fun and amazing visual effects.
Grace will bring her handmade hoops, please feel free to try out hooping, practicing and jamming together.
Open to all hoopers and newbies wants to experience hoop dance. Flow friends are welcome to bring your flow toys to share the fun evening!

與 Kay Pink Hoops 旋轉不停
與 Kay Pink Hoops一連幾天旋轉不停帶給我許多新靈感。在一對一的課堂中進修關於教授，演出和建立呼拉圈社羣的技巧，而踝呼拉圈工作坊和大家一起練習更是一件賞心樂事。最精彩的節目莫過於最後一晚我們在層層的竹竿中轉轉呼拉圈和玩耍，希望下一年再能邀請 Kay 到香港。
So much new inspirations with Kay Pink Hoops. During the private class I learnt much about teaching, performing and growing the hooping community. Tons of joy hooping with many hoop friends in the feet hooping workshop. The last highlight was bamboo hooping with Kay. Lots of fun shooting and playing around.
Jungle Paradise 十月兒童馬戲訓練營
多謝 Pole Paradise 的邀請，我將會在 Jungle Paradise 的兒童馬戲訓練營教授呼拉圈，在一連五天的訓練營中，同學們在寓學於樂的環境下嘗試不同的器材。而十月的兩期課程將會是今年最後舉辦的訓練營，有興趣的朋友請不要錯過。
I am very exciting that I will be teaching a kids circus camp in Jungle Paradise. These will be the last kids circus camps in 2016, don’t miss it. Apart from learning hula hoop from me, it’s a great opportunity that the kids can learn several equipments. Good way to burn some energy during holiday while having fun!
Kay Pink Hoops 足踝呼拉圈工作坊
上次和 Kay Pink Hoops 見面已是在德國居住的時候，突然知道 Kay 來香港旅遊十分興奮，在短短的幾天幫她安排了一個工作坊。 Kay 來自英國布里斯托爾，而她的專長是用足踝把呼拉圈旋轉。工作坊中她分享了許多入門技巧，同學們在呼拉圏飛飛跌跌和嘗試中笑聲不斷，一個充滿活力的晚上。
Wow! It’s beyond words to mention the happiness meeting Kay Pink Hoops again after Germany. It’s my pleasure to organise a workshop for her with Hong Kong hoopers. Kay is a feet hooping expert from Bristol, she shared her amazing feet hooping skills with us and it was a cheerful night with good spirit!
十月觀塘海濱花園 Hoop Dance 體驗活動
十月的 Hoop Jam 活動，比起九月的第一次活動多了許多新朋友報名，而且他們也很努力嘗試呼拉圈舞蹈的一些基本動作，我特別喜歡在公園一起轉呼拉圈，因為感覺特別輕鬆，加上海邊吹來的陣陣涼風，使人更心曠神怡。
The October Hoop Jam have more people than the past month. We practice together and got some basic Hoop Dance moves. I love hooping in the park because it’s very relaxing, with the breeze from the sea side kept refreshing us.
