2019 表演事
今年的個人作品《膠。圈》，有我最大特破的四圈 Multi-Hooping，影像概念從大自然的神聖幾何，印第安人的圈舞到自身的膠圈，由VJ Fumi 現場呈現出來。
和進念．二十面合作的新劇目《STEAM 之四大發明》作編舞及演出，將四大發明的概念演譯成形體舞蹈，讓觀衆從劇場體驗學習創科教育。
還有在商場、酒店、晚宴和私人派對的大小場合表演，能夠把漂亮的 Hoop Dance 展示給不同的觀眾也非常有意思。
2019 Performance Things
My personal project《Plastic . Circle》with my greatest achievement…4 hoops multi-hooping!!! The visual idea are connected to sacred geometry, mandalas and the patterns of native American hoop dance and all leads to my little plastic circles. Thank you VJ Fumi brought it to live on stage.
Choreographing and performing in a new theatre piece《STEAM – The Four Great Inventions》presented by Zuni Icosahedron. Where I bring the concept of historic China’s inventions into movement and dance. Giving a theatre journey of arts and innovation education to audiences.
Performances in malls, hotels, banquets and private parties gave me the opportunities introducing the beautiful hoop dance to different audiences and it’s meaningful to my hoop life.
2019 圈圈事
今年最令我興奮一定是回德國栢林的母校授課，記得當老師説我的技巧和知識已夠水準在我學習 Hoop Dance 的馬戲學校教當老師，當刻感動得差點流淚。雖然留在栢林的一個月只能教授數堂，但這一定是我人生的里程碑。
傳播 Hoop Dance 的快樂是 Hooper 的天職，今年在同讀文化節為靜態的文化展覽注入活力，以及在北區小哲社區遊戲日同粉嶺街坊一齊玩。
2019 Hoopie Things
A great milestone that I returned to Berlin and taught in my alma mater. I was almost shedded tear of joy when my teacher said my skills are good enough to teach in the circus school. Although I can only teach few classes in my short trip, but absolutely one of my lifetime award.
Spreading the hoop spirit is hooper’s duty. The workshops in Queer Literary and Cultural Festival and Fanling Cheung Wah Youth S.P.O.T are totally different spectrum of crowed to fill up the hoop energies.
2019 教育事
為嶺南大學幼兒教育部設計了一個教師課堂，透過遊戲和音樂讓小朋友學習身體和情感，超級熱鬧的近百人課堂，實習老師和小朋友齊齊寓學於樂。
在兆基創意書院當客席講師，難得可以深入談到呼拉圈與 Hoop Dance 的來龍去脈，火舞和 Flow Arts 的關連，為學生的腦袋增添迥然不同創意藝術和世界新視野。
2019 Education Things
The lecture for training teachers in Lingnan University early childhood education. We learnt our bodies and emotions thru colours, musics and games. A super lively 100 people class filled will laugh and joy.
In the lecture of Lee Shau Kee School of Creativity having a in-depth talk about the history and development of Hula Hoop, Hoop Dance and the connection to fire dance and flow arts. A cool opportunity bringing a new spectrum of arts to students.
2019 小孩事
為反轉公共空間構思的《瞬間遊樂場》，隨機的路人變成一齊玩集體遊戲，平凡的空間化身成小小遊樂場，遊走於文化中心，元朗劇院和愉景新城。還有讓大小朋友認識身體的《呼拉圈樂園》，在大埔青年藝術節和上水𣿬同大家一齊玩。
2019 Kiddy Things
《Momentary Playground》is an activity designed for public space, random passing-by becoming a team to play, public spaces suddenly become a playground. It popped up in HK Cultural Centre, Yuen Long Theatre and D-park. The《Hula Hoop Paradise》in Tai Po Youth Arts Festival and Sheung Shui Spot. All bring the joy of hoop to everyone.
2019 派對事
今年策劃了超現實的螢光手工派對，分別在大埔青年藝術節，藝術發展局的校園藝術大使大派對和大埔音樂藝術嘉年華巡迴。大小朋友走進神秘的UV房都興奮得咿嘩鬼叫，全新的管感刺激引發大家努力創作。
2019 Party Things
A super fun《UV Arts and Crafts Party》that I curated for all ages. The super wow effect UV space stimulate the creativity no matter you are kids or adults. This year appeared in Tai Po Youth Arts Festival, The Arts Ambassadors-in-School Finale Party by HK Arts Development Council and Tai Po Music and Arts Carnival.
2019 手作事
由初初學造呼拉圈，到圓型三角形的呼拉圈，今年再下一成為演出造了絲帶呼拉圈和三層的陀螺儀呼拉圈，fing 出不同的視覺效果。
看過包浩斯的 Stick Dance 後一直都想試一試。在《STEAM 之四大發明》中，多謝David 把我簡化版的設計實現出來。棍子跟隨身體移動，將一舉一動變成放大線條。
2019 Handmade Things
From learning how to making a hoop, to making triangle and square shaped hoop. This year the brand new design silk hoop and the 3 layers gyro hoop and I worked on completely breaking the visual of hoops.
I am always amazed by the Bauhaus stick dance. The stick becoming part of the body and any tiny movement become amplified array of lines. Thank you David from Zuni helping me to reappear my simplified design in《STEAM – The Four Great Inventions》.
